As part of its Aligning the Food System workshop series, the World Food Center will host a workshop on nutrition in animal-source foods in collaboration with the Department of Animal Science and the Program in International & Community Nutrition. With an audience of academic experts from UC Davis and beyond, industry representatives, and international constituents, the workshop will address the impact of animal-source foods on nutrition around the globe.
