Men needed for Research Study
Scientists at UC Davis’ Department of Nutrition are conducting a study that examines the effects of olive oil polyphenols on cardiovascular health.
To participate in this research study, you must be willing to come in for 2 study visits that are at least one week apart. For each study visit, we will ask you to drink 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and donate a blood sample three times.
To qualify for this study, you must be:

20-45 years of age

In good health

Not taking any medications, and are willing to stop all supplement use 6 weeks prior to and throughout the study period
Participants will receive:

Copies of standard laboratory results

Compensation for study completion, up to $165
