Research Interests

Dr. Ouédraogo’s research interests include human nutrition and public health with focus on:

  • Interactions between micronutrient deficiencies and infection
  • Stable isotope techniques for body composition, breastfeeding and micronutrient deficiencies assessment

Dr Ouédraogo is currently working as the scientific field coordinator of the Niger Maternal Nutrition study entitled "Assessment of the nutritional status of pregnant women in Zinder, Niger and optimization of prenatal care services", under the supervision of Dr Sonja Y. Hess.
