Dried Plum Study - Postmenopausal Women needed for a Research Study
Scientists at UC Davis’ Department of Nutrition are conducting a study that examines the effects of daily dried plum intake on bone and vascular health.
To participate in this research study, you must be willing to come in for 5 study visits over a period of 6-8 weeks; and be willing to consume 2 and 6 dried plums every day for 2 weeks (for a total of 4 weeks).
To qualify for this study you must be:
- 50-70 years of age
- In good health
- Not taking any medications, and are willing to stop all supplement use prior to and throughout the study period
Participants will receive:
- Participants will receive $205 as compensation for your time.
